Aren't these party hats pretty? I used the same Martha Stewart scrapbook papers that I used for my paper chain here. I love the soft colors and floral designs!
I also found an online tutorial and template to make these homemade party hats at Oh Happy Day.
I love how the hats look plain and simple. And I also loooove how they looked with a bit of fringe and some scrapbook stickers.
And this one is for the Birthday Girl! She wanted to be extra special and have a strawberry on hers!
